Simply DO THIS:

If you witness what you believe to be a potentially critical situation, e.g.:

a possible or likely act of terrorist or a potential planned act of terrorism
a natural event that is or could be endangering lives
a possible or in-progress chemical, biological or radioactive emergency
evidence of a possible chemical, biological, radioactive or explosive accident or threat, regardless of the possible cause
OR, you simply want to participate in the training and refining of the Nomad Eyes Network as it is being presently developed

Then you should feel encouraged to act and you have indeed a responsibility to report such an event.

Yes, you can go through the usual channels for real threats (e.g., call 911); we do not discourage you to do so and please use all channels you know. But in addition you can make use TODAY of the Nomad Eyes Network to ensure that additional special attention will be given to your serious report. We simply ask you to be serious and not create a prank, because this is Not a game. We will be automatically (and with operator review) routing what we believe to be serious threats to local, regional and national authorities and any pranks will be treated accordingly by law enforcement agencies.

Nomad Eyes is not just theory, nor is it a closed, classified system. Your citizen-rights and civilian rights are safe. But by using Nomad Eyes, you can be helping to save lives and mitigate a disaster in the making. You will certainly be helping in the training, testing and refining of a real-world system designed for real people, and the attention and support you give by participation will help to influence the politicians and administrators in many agencies to make use of this simple but powerful Solution.

You do Not need a special sensor-equipped Nomad Eyes unit to use the system! If you have a camera-enabled and internet-enabled cell phone, and you have information with or without clear images, send it via your wireless provider internet access to either:

(This is the prototype version - once your telco provider links are in place and software is uploaded, this will not require you to even send email or dial a number)

Include whatever data including text that you believe can be useful in identifying critical-attention situations.

All data is entered into the existing databases and knowledge base. Information will be automatically routed to the appropriate server applications for analysis and forwarding to civil and federal authorities. All information received will be routed through the currently developed and in-progress Nomad Eyes applications for analysis, and this includes evaluation of pattern-fitting and pattern-matching conditions.

We will do our best to make anything you send be useful and hopefully save or make easier someone's life or work.

N.B. --- There is presently No Charge or Fee for participating in the use of Nomad Eyes. We encourage you to sign up as members of the Civilian Response Network for being part of a growing community of citizens and residents who care enough to Notice, Observe and Report.
